Supporting Youth Through Sport, Skills & Community

At Strike Sports, we recognise that many young people – especially those facing complex challenges – feel disconnected from traditional education and employment pathways. Our government-supported programs are designed to re-engage them through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach centred on fitness, sport, and accredited learning.

We provide young people with opportunities to:

  • Gain nationally recognised qualifications in personal training and fitness
  • Develop life skills, self-confidence and routine through structured physical activity
  • Build positive relationships with peers, mentors, and the wider community
  • Transition into employment, further education or volunteer leadership roles

How It Works

Our programs are:

  • Individually tailored: Each participant works with a qualified coach or personal trainer to set personal goals and follow a customised development plan.
  • Accredited: Training is delivered in partnership with leading RTOs, resulting in Cert III and Cert IV Fitness qualifications.
  • Community-driven: Young people participate in well-structured sports programs through trusted community partners and clubs.
  • Socially focused: We create safe spaces for young people to develop teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, while having fun and making new friends.
